Your Club Permit renewal notice will be mailed to you by VicRoads five to six weeks before expiry. The renewal notice will be for your existing period of use (45 or 90 days). 

If you wish to change your period of use contact VicRoads on 13 11 71 to request an updated renewal notice be sent to you, or you can simply change your period when paying your renewal in your VicRoads Online account or at a VicRoads Customer Service Centre

When renewing your Club Permit, it is a requirement of VicRoads that you are a current financial member of Club Resto my Ride and they will ask you to provide evidence of this.

If you have a myVicRoads account the Club Resto my Ride Member Concierge is able to provide you with a Club Permit endorsement form [PDF 55 Kb] form that is then submitted online when renewing using your myVicRoads account.

If you do not have a VicRoads online account, you are required to have your renewal notice signed by a Club Resto my Ride office bearer declaring that you are a current member of Club Resto my Ride.
