Transfer your club permit to Club Resto my Ride Inc
Our Member Concierge make it a simple process to transfer your existing Club Permit to Club Resto my Ride Inc.
No RWC required. All you need is to be a current member of Club Resto my Ride Inc. You keep the same plates, same expiry date and only the Club details change.
And best of all, the Club Resto my Ride Member Concierge completes all required paperwork for the transfer and facilitates the transfer direct with VicRoads on behalf of our members.
TRANSFER CLUB PERMIT VEHICLE TO CLUB RESTO MY RIDE INC.
The information below explains the steps you need to follow if you wish to transfer your Existing Club Permit vehicle to Club Resto my Ride Inc.
STEP 1: JOIN CLUB RESTO MY RIDE
To be eligible to transfer your Club Permit Vehicle to Club Resto my Ride, you must be a current member of Club Resto my Ride Inc.
STEP 2: REQUEST CLUB TRANSFER WITH CLUB CONCIERGE
The Club Resto my Ride Member Concierge completes all required documentation that is required for the transfer and will submit this to Vic Roads on behalf of the Member.
Members will also be provided with all documentation by email or at the Members request, by Registered Post, and Club Resto my Ride Concierge will manage the transfer process with Vic Roads on behalf of the Member.
Documents needed to Transfer Car Club / Association:
1: A letter to VicRoads requesting change of Car Club to Club Resto my Ride with a list of any Club Permit vehicles that you want to link to Club Resto my Ride. This needs to be signed by the Member.
Club Resto my Ride provides this to Members in a recognised format for execution.
2. A Vehicle Eligibility and Standards Declaration for Club Permit Vehicles form [PDF 182 Kb] for each vehicle.
Club Resto my Ride will complete the form and provide to Vic Roads as part of the Transfer process.
3. A letter from Club Resto my Ride Inc confirming that you are a current member.
Club Resto my Ride provides this authorised letter to Vic Roads as part of the Transfer process.
STEP 3: SEND DOCUMENTATION TO VIC ROADS
Club Resto my Ride Member Concierge will submit details to Vic Roads on behalf of members, and ensure follow up until the transfer occurs.
Members can also submit the Change of Car Club/Association documentation by:
- visiting a VicRoads Customer Service Centre
- emailing VicRoads
